Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
- 50% refund if cancelled within 12-24 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done 24 hours in advance. Multiple rescheduling may require re-booking.
Package Services
For package services, refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed at the regular consultation rate, with the difference refunded.
